◎How do I use the app?+

Open ARteverse and point your camera at a supported print. The app recognizes the image automatically and plays its animation. Keep the full print visible and well-lit for best results.

⚠The AR overlay isn't appearing — what do I do?+

01Make sure the printed artwork is flat, unobstructed, and evenly lit.
02Hold your device steady at a comfortable distance.
03Confirm you have an active internet connection for the first sync.
04Close and reopen the app to reload the artwork library.

◈Does the app need an internet connection?+

Only on first launch and when new artwork is added. Once content is downloaded, AR tracking runs fully offline.

◻Which devices are supported?+

iPhones and iPads with ARKit (iOS 16+), and all Android devices with ARCore support.
